It’s true. Humans spend a lot of vital energy worrying about things that haven’t yet happened, and even about events that probably won’t happen. We dogs definitely have something to teach about being in the present moment. While we’re not immune from worrying, we don’t start that business until we’re presented with something real and tangible in front of our noses…such as another dog stealing our bone, or that daily visit from the postman where he just walks right up on the porch like he owns the place. So, why not consider just deleting the worry file? You’ll be a lot happier…and you can always worry when something worry-worthy actually happens. In the meantime, enjoy!
